When will I get my order?
Most pieces are made to order, and can take up to 2 weeks for production, plus shipping time. Items that are one of a kind or ready to ship at the time of purchase will ship within 3 business days. If you need something by a certain date, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
You have the option to choose USPS First Class, Priority, or Express shipping at checkout. Priority and Express have included insurance of $50. International orders will be shipped through USPS as well.
Returns/Exchanges
We hope you love your Sarah Pardee Jewelry! In the event that it doesn’t fit or it’s not quite what you hoped for, we offer store credit. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@sarahpardee.com . Items must be unworn and undamaged to be exchanged. You are responsible for return shipping (we recommend getting shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for pieces lost or damaged in the mail).
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please get in touch with us within 7 days. We will repair or replace it and send it back to you. You are responsible for shipping it back to us.
No returns accepted on sale or custom jewelry.
Damaged/Broken Jewelry
Sarah Pardee Jewelry is carefully made to withstand many years of normal wear. If for some reason, a piece breaks due to flaws in craftsmanship, we are happy to repair it within 1 year of purchase. We are not responsible for jewelry that has been mistreated, lost, or stolen. We are happy to repair jewelry for a small fee after the first year.
